​​​​​​STUDENT RESOURCE SCHEME

To provide parents with a cost-effective alternative to purchasing textbooks and resources elsewhere, St Helens State School operates a Student Resource Scheme (SRS) and will be offering this service to all families for 2026. Cost for 2026 for Prep to Year 6 is $100 per student. This scheme will be offered throughout the time of your child's enrolment, a Participation Agreement Form (PAF) for you to confirm your participation for the duration of their enrolment, unless you wish to change this agreement. PAF consent form has been forwarded to your QParents account for completion on-line. Printed copies of these forms are only available for collection from the school office.

Annually you will forwarded an Information Letter advising costing for the following year, if you wish to participate in the scheme for 2026 can you please complete the form in the link below, we require one for each child.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to participate in the scheme we would appreciate if you could answer questions 2, 3 & 4 of the link. Booklists are listed below for the items that will need to be provided by the first day of school 2026.

We offer several options for payment, QParents, BPoint, Qkr, Centrepay or EFTPOS / cash at the school office. Payment plans are also available please indicate if this is your preference and the school will contact you to confirm arrangement. Invoices will be sent when confirmation of participation for 2026 is received through the on-line link.

One you have completed the Participation Agreement Forms (PAF) these do not need to be completed each year and we will retain these for the duration of your child's enrolment at St Helens State School.

Booklists for 2026​ are listed below Prep to Year 6 families who are not participating in the SRS scheme.  Please ensure your student brings ALL their required resources on the first day of Term 1, Tuesday 27th January 2026.
